Dear Prime Card Customer, Your Prime Card is about to expire. We will be sending a new improved Chip & PIN Reloadable MasterCard. To ensure you receive your FREE replacement card please check your registered postal address is correct. You can change your details by visiting our web site at http://www.idtprime.com/My-Account.aspx If your registered postal address is correct, please confirm by replying to this email and we can send the replacement sooner. Your replacement card will be sent at the beginning of December 2010. Please allow 14 days for delivery. You can continue to use your Prime Card until the new one arrives. Your existing PIN will stay the same. If you do not have a PIN, we will automatically send you one. You can find the new Chip & PIN Card T&Cs on http://www.idtprime.com.
